Upstate Tarp LLC provides public adjusting communications including claim updates, appointment reminders, inspection scheduling, document requests, customer support, service notifications, special offers, discounts, and service updates based on customer consent.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number that contacted you. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, submit the contact form and opt in again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
